The above Residential Fibre pricing is dependent on Fibre network coverage on the {FNO} Network: {FNO} Coverage Map. Prices advertised are valid for new customers only; and linked to FNO price changes

• All Fibre Service connections are uncapped and unthrottled, with no shaping and no FUPs/AUPs
• Installation is Free on our 12 month initial period (to the value of R3000), however, should you cancel within the 12 month initial period, you would be liable for an early cancellation fee of R1700 as well as have to return the free-to-use router supplied
• Business installation is R2800 upfront and includes a business type router
• Once we have received and processed your order, {FNO} will call and/or email you to confirm installation of the FNO ONT at your premises and as well as confirm your choice of Internet Service Provider (Krypton Web) at which point it constitutes a binding order with Krypton Web should you choose Krypton Web as your ISP
• Billing will start on the day we install your router and you are connected to the internet, after {FNO} installs their ONT box INSIDE your home. Should you require Internet Service & subsequent billing to start on a specific date, kindly make arrangement with the {FNO} representative to delay installation to a date of your choice when they call/email you to arrange the installation.
• Billing for the Internet Service is due on the 2nd of the month for that month. ie. on the 2nd of April for the month of April's internet service; and due immediately for the first month’s Service after installation. Invoices are emailed between the 25th and 28th of the month prior to the month being billed eg. by the 27th March for April's service.
• Only payment via EFT or Debt Order is accepted (a debit order sign-up link will be sent you on request after installation has occurred) – no cash deposits accepted (XXX check this on contract)
• Should you wish to cancel your order before the ONT has been installed: Kindly ensure that no confirmation is given to the FNO to install the ONT/do not proceed with the ONT installation; as well as email us with you intent of order cancellation and get written confirmation from Krypton Web of order cancellation
